Namaste Hi! I’m NUGO YAM (Yamnath Limbu) all the way from the beautiful Himalayan country “NEPAL”. Currently, I reside in Hong Kong (my second home) with my beautiful wife and my princess daughter.
I love running, especially alongside the beautiful nature and it has always been my passion since my childhood days in my village “Phurumbu”(Taplejung) which is in the north-eastern part of Nepal

How did I get into these races?.....  Well, I used to hike a lot by myself whenever I had the chance to do so, and I used to encounter a lot of runners (with those numbers written on their chest) and I used to wonder how I too could get in these races but, i had no idea of how I could get involved, i had no friends  who could help me, neither did I know they had a whole community on the internet for such things. I actually used to stop some of them and ask them. On doing that I made some new friends and they helped me around by inviting me. But the most boosting or influence I got was when my fellow Nepalese sister/runner Miss. Mira rai came and I heard about how she accomplished her dream and the way she put out to the world as a woman who came from a small village from the Himalayas and achieved what most of us only dream too, and that's when I knew I had to commit myself too, to my passion more than so ever and thus, my journey began.........

So, this page here is my small effort, to showcase some of my achievements and memories I have made since I started competing on different races in Hong Kong and hopefully will have the chance to grow more, to reach above my limits and inspire other people who have the same passion as me.......
